Shipping + Return Policies

General Conditions

Items will be delivered via our partner courier.
Please contact our customer service at or +62 812-2355-3027 for delivery fee calculation.
For housewares and small items, the items will be shipped by standard couriers (JNE, J&T, Sicepat, etc).

Furniture and Houseware

We provide free delivery charges for orders from Cirebon with no minimum purchase. For orders outside of Cirebon, our staffs will contact you regarding the delivery fee.
We require up to 5 business days for handling and packing of available items. Non-available items that are required for pre-order may take from 3 to 12 weeks.


Our Customer Service shall confirm your scheduled delivery between up to 7 days before the time of shipment. Deliveries will be made via our partner courier.

Return and Exchange Policies

We acknowledge that some items may not fit your home or commercial space after it is received. Therefore, we allow returns and exchanges for your product with these subjected guidelines:

  1. You have 14 calendar days from the day of arrival to return or exchange your order.
  2. You are required to pay the return cost. If the item is returned due to it being damaged upon arrival, we will be responsible for the return cost. Return expenses may vary depending on the product size and distance so you may be charged with an additional packing fee depending on the size and fragility of the product.
  3. We will take full responsibility if the product is delivered with defects, damages or wrongly shipped.
  4. If returning or exchanging an item is needed, please contact our customer service.
    IMPORTANT : If your order is already disassembled from its original packaging, to return you are required to arrange it back inside the packaging as you have received it.
  5. Once we received the product that is returned, we will check everything as it should be. We will make refund within a maximum of 15 days and it will be processed via the same payment method you used to make the purchase. This period may vary depending on the payment method used.
