1. The extent of this policy on the protection of personal data

In addition, any internal procedures at Audson Design that involve data collection, regardless of the format used (including paper-based systems), are also covered by this policy. In order to register as a user and proceed with purchasing items, customers will be required to provide us with certain personal information. Such information may include, but is not necessarily limited to :

In addition, at the time of purchase Audson may ask customers for the full address and bank or financial data (credit card details, bank account details and information regarding your finances)

Purposes relating to the use of data collected:

 Delivery the purchased product from Audson Design to customers

 Updating information about the delivery of products and for customer service

 Provide customers with information related to products

 To discuss customers’ order process and to provide customers with the services and information offered by our website

In addition to the purposes outlined previously, the customers’ personal data is also utilized for a range of administrative tasks, including the management of customers’ account, as well as the verification and management of online payment transactions. 4. How long do we keep customers’ data on record?

Audson Design keeps customers’ personal data only for the duration that is necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected. We reserve the right to keep certain personal data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and to exercise our legal rights (such as enforcing our claims in court). Furthermore, we may retain customer’ personal data for statistical or historical research
purposes.
